1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phprize ("phprize," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phprize website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the phprize Platform in any capacity. phprize reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

To register and use phprize, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for participation in real-money gaming activities in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phprize or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from phprize or had an account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

phprize reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phprize may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the phprize Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein, subject to phprize's investigation and determination.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. phprize will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must notify phprize immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phprize support is available 24/7 via live chat to assist with account security concerns.

phprize accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phprize Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phprize accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your phprize account balance upon confirmation of receipt by phprize's payment processing systems. phprize is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to GCash or PayMaya system outages.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phprize reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to phprize's anti-money laundering obligations.

phprize targets withdrawal processing times of 15–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions; however, these timeframes are targets and not guarantees. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phprize may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your phprize account balance. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

phprize reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms – including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk – will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phprize Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

phprize uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live games. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real-time studio environments.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phprize reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. phprize's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phprize Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to defraud phprize or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to phprize immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phprize staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

phprize is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options, all accessible from your account settings. phprize strongly encourages all players to use these tools to manage their gaming activity.

phprize will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform. If phprize determines that a player is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended and all deposits returned, with any winnings forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phprize Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of phprize or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the phprize Platform without the prior written consent of phprize.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phprize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if phprize has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phprize's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phprize account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phprize does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy

phprize collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phprize implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phprize reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phprize will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
